At Silver Lake Homeowners' Association, we believe that you deserve to enjoy the perks of your hard work. That's why we offer maintenance-free living, allowing you to focus on the things that matter most to you. From cutting the grass to shoveling snow, our team takes care of all the necessary maintenance tasks. Residents can enjoy the convenience of no longer having to maintain their properties and instead, take advantage of the many events that Orland Park has to offer seniors, families, and the very active residents. From social gatherings to outdoor activities, there's something for everyone to enjoy here in Orland Park.

Landscaping

CNC Lawncare is responsible for maintaining and caring for the exterior landscaped area, excluding lights, signs, and fences. Cleaning up landscape grounds to remove miscellaneous debris, fallen tree branches etc. This work will run from April 1 to approximately November 1. Work will include:

Spring Clean up
Mowing
Planting Beds, & Bed care
Fertilizing and Weed Control
Sidewalk Edging
Fall Clean up

Snow Removal and Salt Spread when necessary

CNC Lawncare, our landscaper provider is also responsible for snow removal from the complex. This will normally be from December 1st through March 31st each calendar year. CNC will plow and shovel all private drives, entry walks, public walks, parking areas, and private street areas when a minimum of 2" or more snowfall. Depending on the amount of snowfall all plowing and shoveling will generally be completed within 6-10 hours from the time snowing stops. For blizzard conditions and extreme amounts of snow, all bets are off! Please be patient.

Garbage & Recycle Pickup

Waste Management is our weekly garbage and recycling service every Tuesday am

we will post on the web the date for the annual cleanup
